AIA Middle Tennessee offers the following categories of nationwide membership: AIA Architect, Associate AIA for interns on track for licensure, Associate AIA for members who have a degree in architecture but are never going to apply for an architectural license, Emeritus AIA for those elevating to the age of retirement and Honorary Membership.  In order to be a member of AIA Middle Tennessee, you must pay dues earmarked for all three points of entry: local, state and national.  AIA members all agree to abide by the AIA Bylaws, as well as the AIA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.


If you are a partner in the construction industry here in middle Tennessee you are vital to our local chapter. Here at AIA Middle Tennessee we encourage individual construction professionals to join as local only – Affiliate AIA members. This category of membership envelopes those professionals in the construction industry who want to be apprised and supportive of the activities of the chapter and it’s members. Affiliate AIA members are: engineers, contractors, insurance specialists, flooring specialists, building envelope specialists, printing agencies, etc.

AIA Documents

AIA Middle Tennessee is a Full-Service Distributor of AIA Documents. We have an inventory of the more than 80 AIA Documents and provide delivery to anywhere in the continental United States.  Our office is open for retail sales from 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.  Due to meeting schedules it is always best to call ahead before dropping by.  More information can be found by visiting our Documents page. Our helpful staff will quickly fill your order and ship it to you within 24 hours of receipt of order via Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
